Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS

   The terms "Casino", "we" or "us" refer to Casino Lethbridge and the operators thereof.

2. ACCEPTANCE

   By entering the casino premises, playing any games, using any amenities, or otherwise participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

   You must be at least 18 years of age (or such higher minimum age as may be required under applicable law) to enter the casino premises, play games or use any amenities. If you are not of legal age to gamble in Alberta, Canada, do not attempt to access our services.

4. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

   We encourage responsible gaming practices and support a safe and healthy gaming environment. You may set deposit limits with us during your visit; however, this will only be applied at the physical venue. If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematically excessive or causing financial difficulties, please seek assistance from our staff.

5. ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

   We reserve the right to deny entry to, or restrict access for, any person who:

(a) attempts to gamble underage;

(b) has been banned from gaming premises under provincial law or self-excluded through a recognized program;

(c) is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities;

(d) is visibly intoxicated; or

(e) otherwise poses a risk to themselves or others.

6. GAMING RULES

   All games played at the casino are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as applicable provincial gaming regulations. Our staff will ensure that all rules and conditions for each game are displayed clearly on signage within the premises.

7. PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY

(a) You acknowledge that your participation in our services is voluntary and undertaken with full understanding of the risks involved;

(b) you must not attempt to alter or manipulate any aspect of the gaming process, including but not limited to altering equipment, compromising Random Number Generators (RNGs), or accessing restricted areas without proper authority.

8. PLAYER'S CONFIDENTIALITY

   We collect your personal information in accordance with applicable law for operational and regulatory purposes only. This may include sharing such information with AGLC as required under provincial regulations.

9. WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

(a) We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate our website services at any time without prior notice;

(b) you must use our online resources for informational and responsible gaming practices purposes only and not attempt to engage in any form of unauthorized wagering.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

    We will maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information shared by players. All confidential communications, including emails or phone calls with us, are subject to this Agreement's provisions as though made directly at the casino premises.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

(a) We may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in accordance with applicable law;

(b) please review our posted updates regularly; changes will become effective upon posting on-site or notice given during your visit.

12. GOVERNING LAW

    These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. All disputes arising hereunder shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted under ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) procedures with applicable law governing contracts between provinces and foreign jurisdictions to govern contract interpretation.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

(a) We disclaim all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

(i) gaming outcomes; (ii) equipment malfunctions;(iii) any failure to follow responsible gambling practices;(iv) loss of property;(v) injury (whether physical, mental or otherwise);(vi) any claim arising out of your unauthorized disclosure of confidential information;

(b) all claims are limited by provincial laws and regulations regarding consumer protection.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
15. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any loss, damage or expense incurred in connection with:

(a) a breach of these Terms;(b) unauthorized disclosure of confidential information;

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

(a) Any disputes arising out of the interpretation or performance hereunder shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under ADR Institute of Canada procedures;

(b) we may seek any relief available to it at law in accordance with applicable provincial regulations.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us, supersedes all prior understandings or communications related to gaming services offered by Casino Lethbridge, and are subject only to our official website notices as posted on-site.

17. JURISDICTION AND VENUE

(a) The courts of Alberta, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any claims arising under these Terms;

(b) You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of your visit will be brought exclusively within the province where the casino premises is located.

18. GOVERNING LAW - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    These terms and dispute resolution procedures are governed by applicable laws and regulations in Alberta, Canada.

19. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(a) These Terms can be modified or updated at any time;

(b) posting on-site will constitute a notice to all players of changes made as of such date and shall govern participation upon your next visit after the change takes effect;

(c) these posted updates become effective immediately, so please review them regularly for any new terms.

20. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, in accordance with provincial regulations applicable to casino gaming services.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

(a) All materials, information and intellectual property rights associated with our website, business operations and promotional activities remain vested exclusively in us;

(b) your use or access does not constitute any ownership or right of way for you to modify, reproduce or otherwise utilize proprietary content.

22. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

    We may change these Terms at any time and update on-site as needed without prior notification; by continuing to play games or accessing our services after changes take effect, you agree that such updates become effective and governing terms of participation upon your next visit.

23. BINDING AGREEMENT

(a) These Terms constitute a binding contract between us;

(b) these Terms create rights in favor of AGLC as regulatory agency for casino gaming within Alberta, Canada.

24. CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

    All confidential communications with you or between Casino Lethbridge employees and agents are subject to our confidentiality policy outlined in clause 10 above.

25. GOVERNING LAWS AND REGULATIONS

    Any disputes related to participation shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada as they relate to gaming services under AGLC supervision.

26. LEGAL VENUE

(a) Any and all proceedings arising out of your visit will be litigated exclusively in the courts having jurisdiction within the province where our premises is located;

(b) these Terms shall not subject you or us to the laws of another jurisdiction;

(c) we have chosen this venue due to its applicable law concerning gaming regulations, provincial supervision, consumer protection and jurisdiction.

By continuing your visit after entering the casino premises, you acknowledge that you agree with these terms as they are posted in full on-site.
